Exercise & my LIFE

In follow-up to yesterday’s comments about exercise and diabetes I figured I’d blather on a little more. This morning I increased the duration of my cardio. Holy crap! Who would think that adding a measly 10 min. to my routine would hurt soooo much! My ass was dragging as the program wound down. What I learned? Adding 10 minutes to the hill program increases the amount of time you walk/run up hills exponentially…I think even my neck hurts. How does your neck hurt when you’re using your legs you say? Good question. I do not know the answer…
