Here's the thing...today I'm proving my own point that if we don't take the time to pay attention to what we do from day to day it all becomes a blur. I didn't realize it has been so long since I updated my Blog until I uploaded the photos from both of my cameras.
THEN, when I tried to think about what I've done the past several days, for the life of me I couldn't remember. There was one night out that was pretty fantastic, but other than that my mind was blank. I got nottin'. Nadda. Zippo. What was I doing these last 5 days anyway?

Well, I could see from the pictures that we got a few walks in and are continuing to enjoy the fall weather that I love so much...

...and along the way we came across some homemade art...love this little tinman!

Sienna took a liking to a couple of wayward pumpkins/watercraft leftover from the regatta a week or so ago...

...and Sunday evening, we, meaning Wally & I and our friends Barbara & Billy took in the Lenny Kravitz show at the Metro Centre. Can I just say I thought it would be good, but never anticipated it would be THAT GOOD!
Here are a few more of the not-so-great pictures taken without flash:

...and the above photo is a little snapshot taken during the concert. I didn't get permission to put this one up there, so B&B if you didn't want to show your face, I guess it's just too bad for you now isn't it?...
Lenny sang. He played the guitar. He played the keyboards. He played the drums. He spoke to the audience. He ran through the crowd. He looked like he had a good time. I know we had a great time.
...and I couldn't resist putting this one up there. Not the most flattering, but gave me a chuckle when I saw it; and I'm all for a good chuckle these days.
The concert night was a good one for sure. We hadn't seen B&B for quite some time now. They also had some recent loss in their life, that I hope an evening out gave them a good diversion from. So glad we got to share this time with them.
The in between times are a total blur for me. I can't say anything bad happened. I can't say anything great happened. That's my point. When I take the time to document the little things...those little moments in time...my life is so much richer for it.
Wonderful memories captured! We had an incredible time with you two and look forward to the next! Normally I'm quite shy about pics on the Internet, fortunately I'm finally loosening up. :) I'm not sure Lenny would be as forgiving if he saw his pose! :P B&B *hugs*
