If you've been following along with me, you'll know I am a collector of stories. Big and small, I never really know what story I will tell. Generally, it's the so called small stories that I fall in love with the most. I am not the best scrapbooker. I'm slow. I mean I am really S.L.O.W. I always have lots of ideas in my head, but have difficulty getting them organized and onto paper. Journalling is not usually an issue for me. Taking photos is not usually an issue for me. Getting my act together and telling the story that is presentable and beautiful is another issue.
Well, I think there is help for me...
Jessica Sprague is teaching and offering a FREE, one-week class on the topic of collecting stories you want to tell called "Stories In Hand". This class is for everyone. You don't have to be a scrapbooker to take this class. If you're interested in collecting your own personal stories in an organized fashion jump on in. I will be there wide eyed with excitement. Her videos and teaching style really are great and I just know it will be memorable and fun (and possibly life changing). Registration begins October 20th. Here's the class flyer:

This weekend I will be spending time on the computer getting some "real" work done. I will also be spending time with the most important person in my life. I plan on enjoying every bit of the fall weather that I love so much and maybe document it along the way. I will also enjoy Thanksgiving dinner with my Mom and some of my family that I absolutely have been dreaming and salivating over. I will also reflect on all the things I am so very thankful for. Believe me, the list is long. Here are just a few...
THANK YOU to those of you who take the time to read my story and maybe even share it. THANK YOU to my Mom for having me and tolerating a daughter that is so different than she is. THANK YOU to my Mother and Father in Law for being so kind and thoughtful. THANK YOU to my family that supports me and shares their life with me. THANK YOU to my friends that take the time to keep in touch when life is so busy.
I am so THANKFUL to have a lovely home and good food for my belly. I am very THANKFUL that I have a job I love and the privilege to work from home. I am so VERY LUCKY to be maintaining relatively good health.
I am so, so THANKFUL I found my husband when I did. He came into my life when I needed him and hasn't turned his back since. THANK YOU Wally, for being the person you are. I wouldn't have it any other way.

I am THANKFUL...so very THANKFUL. The above photo was taken last year. Too fun!
Have a wonderful, fabulous, memorable weekend everyone.
