an evening with DEEPAK Chopra

Yesterday can be best described as wild and wooly, metephorically as well as figuratively.

RAIN. Goodness it rained hard. Two trips to and fro on the highway with sheets of rain blowing across the road. Filling the car up with fuel underneath a roof and still looking like I just walked out of the shower. Running down the sidewalk from the parking lot to my appt. What is the point of getting your hair done when it's pouring rain out? Home again. Personal termoil. Wally's late. I eat chips. He's home in time to change clothes and make a return trip to where he came, this time with me in tow. Parking woes. We get in to the parkade in time. Enter the tunnel to the World Trade Centre. It's packed. It's crowded but suitable. It starts. We listen to brilliance. I think to myself it's over my head. We meditate. It makes sense...well some of it makes sense to me. 45 min. trying to get out of the parkade. Headache. Fumes or confusion? Who knows. Home again. Dogs walked. Bed. Do you remember anything? Not right then. I think it will come back when my brain clears.

TODAY: Appt. in Kenville. Visit with Mom. Errands to run. Supper to make. Time to think.
