Yesterday Mom drove to our house for a daytime visit. Very nice. This is a first in a very, very long time. I took her for a drive in our new old car and we had lunch together. When Wally arrived home he wanted to send some photos of his new old car to his Dad so of course he had to wash said car.
Congrats to my nephew Ty, who it appears, will be departing on a very exciting journey to the other side of the country. Enjoy the cold when your toes and fingers are freezing. Enjoy the sleepless nights. Enjoy the times when you are lonely. Enjoy every little inch of your new life. And then enjoy the times you’re with your family and friends even more. Really, kid…I’m very happy for you.
Today is a busy frustrating day, dealing with customers who aren’t as passionate about advertising as I am kind of work day. This day hasn’t started well in that department. Looks like it will be an even busier frustrating weekend.
