BITS of this & PIECES of that

Yesterday was a full day of nothing. It was one of those days that I can't even figure out what I did that had any kind of meaning.

Lily did get to the groomer.

The first photo is before. Notice how she just sits there happily to have her picture taken? The second and third photos are the "after" shots. A little blurry. A lot bad. This is what she looks like when she comes home. She is not happy until she scratches her ears until they are nasty and matted.

I did get in a little baby shower shopping and little baby shower decoration making. I did do a little grocery shopping. I did get my paper out on time - mistake free - I hope. I did manage to get showered and struggle through yesterday's blog post (photoshop was not cooperative).

I did all this wearing my favourite footwear...

It's a good day when we're knocking on the door of November and still in bare feet.

I had a BBQ on tap, but put it on hold to have dinner and a movie with my guy.

TODAY: I plan on getting through a pile of laundry, do the dreaded vacuuming and generally get cleaned up before the guy comes to fix our foundation.

It's pouring out. It's windy out. It's a miserable day outside. This makes for a perfect day to get lots of those little projects done that I always find excuses to ignore.
