I asked. I received. Thank you. Thank you. To those of you who contacted me regarding having portraits taken, thank you so much. If I haven't been in touch already, I will be soon. If you're someone who is still interested in having a photo session, drop me a line or give me a call, I'm sure I can still work something out.
My vision for photographing families is simple. I believe every family is beautiful! Every family is unique! Every family has something special! I would like to capture the individuality of each family. A session with me will be loose and free. I hope to freeze in time those special relationships that only family members share. An impromptu hug or kiss. A twirling child. Wrestling siblings. Family football games, or a game of chase. However your family chooses to spend time together, I would love to capture it for you. Very natural. Very free spirited. How you relate to one another. How you have fun together. How you love each other. Families are perfectly imperfect!
As a newbie to photography, I appreciate all the help and support I am receiving; and to thank those of you who decide to have your portrait(s) taken, there is no charge. I will provide a CD of a few of my favourite photos from the session, and you can print them at your leisure! All I ask in return is persmission to use the photos on my Blog as well as in the class that I am taking.

I have finally uploaded our tax returns. Been sweating a little in that department, but am sooooo happy that it is one more task I have completed!
I'm thinking a slice of cake may be in order today in honour of my Dad.
Why do dogs barf so much anyway?
Why is it so hard for the garbage people to not throw the garbage can in our stinky, smelly ditches?
Really green grass means lots of mowing...starting today.
Wishes are dreams that can come true...that's what I'm feel'n today.
