Can you believe it? It's November already. What happened to this year? I swear every year I get older the years pass by quicker. Today, it even feels like November, albeit a little warmer than usual. The sky is grey and the clouds are moving at a high speed today. I can hear things outside blowing around as a reminder to me that I really do have to put the remaining outdoor stuff away for the winter.
Today has been a little crazy so far. I've completed the first proof of a New Year's Eve poster which, hopefully, will be off my desk for good in the next few days. I spent lots of time on the Internet and phone this morning looking for a new washer and dryer. We (Wally and I) thought we had our decision made and then I discovered that maybe our brand spankin' new dryer might not fit in its cozy little assigned space. After a lot of going back and forth, looks like we'll give it a whirl anyway and see if we can get it to fit.
I had my hopes on a shiny new set of front loads, but we decided $500 will fit nicely in our pocket instead of the appliance store. We found out the particular models we picked out have very similar features as the front load, so we couldn’t justify the cost difference. Hey, our old models were nothing fancy and lasted us 14 years, so I’m thinking these new ones will be gentle to us and fluff like crazy.
In case you're wondering what the paintings posted above have to do with November....they don't. This was what I was hoping to post yesterday. I still can't seem to figure out how to place pictures within the text - only at the top. Anyone else know how to do this?

That’s really all I got today. Must go and get ready for class now (Web Design at NASCAD). If truth be told I’m not in the mood today. My creativity is at an all time low this week. I better find it soon, because I’ve got lots to do.
